Just set up a 5 gallon jug of rhubarb wine. This is my first time making this but so far, it's going according the directions I'm following. I used white grape juice in the base to temper the flavor and I will likely sweeten it some when it comes time to bottle (in about 4 months), as I think it will be too tart otherwise. Anyone make rhubarb wine? If I like it, I plan on planting my own rhubarb patch next year.
