We have cocktails severally with my colleagues and most of them prefer either the sweet or bitter wine. I gathered there is the red and white wine and was wondering if the difference arises from the method of preparation?
White wine comes from white grapes or green grapes as you may know them. Red wine comes from red grapes. A rose wine is a mixture of red and white grapes and appears pinky in color. Different grapes have different qualities and the wine maker can also choose to make wine sweeter or drier if they choose.
Aside from the types of grapes and the region they come from, the amount of sugar you add will affect sweetness. Leaving the skins and stems in at the beginning will affect the flavor as well as the color.
